Where to start? How to choose which Business Apps to activate first

You don't need to activate all six modules on day one. Here's how to prioritize based on your operation's most urgent pain point.

One of the questions we hear most in early calls is: "where do we start?" The right answer is almost never "everywhere."

Start with the pain, not the catalog

Instead of scanning the full list of Business Apps, it helps to identify which part of the operation creates the most friction today: are sales opportunities slipping through the cracks? Is finance closing the month by hand? Is inventory off every week?

Common starting combinations

  • Sales teams: Nubira CRM first, with Nubira Analytics soon after to measure the pipeline.
  • Finance teams: Nubira Finance as the starting point, expanding into Flow to automate approvals.
  • Operations and logistics: Nubira Inventory alongside Nubira Analytics for real-time stock visibility.

The rest of the modules are still there, ready to activate when it makes sense. The goal isn't to have everything on day one — it's to have the right thing at each stage.
